Booking Your Site Inspection

Complying with the Building Regulations

You have a legal obligation to inform us when work starts on-site and at each stage of construction. This is to ensure that the building work is monitored for compliance with the Building Regulations. Once work has finished on-site in accordance with the Building Regulations you will receive a Completion Certificate.

We have devised a number of convenient ways for you to book your site inspection:

• Ring the Site Inspection Booking line number 0121 464 9331, or alternatively
• Telephone Building Consultancy Direct on 0121 675 7006 between 08:00 am and 5:15 pm Monday to Thursday or 8:00 am and 4.15 pm on Friday

Please note that we operate a 24 hour booking service. Site inspection visits can only be booked for the next working day. To receive a next day site inspection please call between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Calls received after 4:00 pm allow up to 2 working days. If booking after 4:00 pm, Friday through to Sunday please allow 48 hours. Special conditions apply on Public Holidays
