If you wish to raise a wheelie bin enquiry concerning your property, you will need to sign into your online One Account. If you do not have a One Account and wish to request a service, once you have clicked on the 'Wheelie Bin Enquiry' button above, you can create an account by clicking on 'Register for an Individual Account'. This will guide you through the process.
If you already have a One Account and access our services using the web, please check that you have updated your personal details. If you have changed address you must make sure that you log into your One Account and update your address. Once you have updated your address details, please log out, then log back into your One Account in order for the changes to be accepted before you request any services.
Wheelie Bin Rollout
Phase 3 of Birmingham City Council's wheelie bin rollout is taking place this spring, with collections due to start in June 2015. If you would like to know more about the wheelie bin rollout, or to watch an information video on phase 3 of the rollout, please visit our the wheelie bin rollout page.
The 12 wards that we will be delivering wheelie bins to from 23 March 2015 are:
Erdington, Handsworth Wood, Kingstanding, Oscott, Lozells & East Handsworth, Perry Barr, Stockland Green, Sutton Four Oaks, Sutton New Hall, Sutton Trinity, Sutton Vesey and Tyburn.
