There are a number of items that we will not collect:
- Rubble and Building Waste
- Broken glass panes (unless boxed or wrapped and clearly marked)
- Gas Canisters
Collection of Black Sacks and Garden Waste (in sacks).
If you are booking a Bulky Waste collection for items in black sacks, the maximum number of sacks that can be requested for collection per individual appointment is 18.
If the collection contains a mix of black sacks and other seperate items it's important to remember that, 3 sacks = 1 item. A maximum of 6 items per appointment is permitted. Sacks filled with items that have not been presented correctly, are too heavy/overfilled or are too dangerous to handle (sharp edges, points etc..) will not be removed.
