To commission a poem, at least a month's notice is required. These will be written at the Young Poet Laureate's discretion.

On receipt of this form, we will check the Young Poet Laureate's availability and reply to you as soon as possible.

The Young Poet Laureate is an honorary position and there will be no charge for some events within Birmingham City Council other than expenses. For bookings outside the council or for commissioned poems, please contact Gena Gaynor
