Are you reporting a change of address?

You must provide the following information in the Enquiry Details section within the form above:

  • Customer Name
  • Previous Address
  • Current Address
  • Date of Move

If you have medical treatment at home and need to dispose of clinical waste, we will collect it for free. It is usually arranged after a referral by your hospital, health visitor, GP, district nurse or home care assistant and you can also arrange it direct with us.

We can also collect clinical waste from commercial premises such as GP and dental surgeries, private clinics, nursing homes, nurseries, tattooists and the police. How ever we will make a charge for this service.

    • If we’ve missed a delivery of your sacks, please use the Report Missed Clinical Sack Only Collection button above
    • If you no longer need a clinical sack collection service, you can cancel it using the Cancel Clinical Sack Only Collection button above
    • To arrange a commercial clinical waste collection just press the Request Clinical Waste Collection button above
    • If we have missed a commercial clinical waste collection please use the Report Missed Clinical Waste Collection button above
    • If you no longer need our commercial clinical waste collection service, you can request cancellation using the Cancel Clinical Waste Collection button above

    • Never place clinical waste with your normal household rubbish, particularly syringes and needles.
    • We provide yellow clinical waste sacks and sharps boxes to domestic customers for free.
    • Please store all your clinical waste in the yellow sacks, except for sharp instruments such as needles, which must go in the yellow plastic boxes. (Please do not put syringe packaging into these boxes).
    • We collect clinical sack waste once a week and boxes on request.
    • We will deal with any requests for collection made out of office hours on the next working day, Monday to Friday.
    • Never place clinical waste with your normal rubbish or in skips or containers particularly syringes and needles.
    • Please store all your clinical waste in the yellow or orange sacks, except for sharp instruments such as needles, which must go in the yellow plastic boxes. (Please do not put syringe packaging into these boxes).
    • We will collect clinical waste as per the schedule that we have agreed with you.
    • We will deal with any requests for collection made out of office hours on the next working day, Monday to Friday.
