Blind and Partially Sighted Register

We are responsible for keeping registers of people living in Birmingham who are blind or partially sighted. We keep the registers so that we know who might need help or support.

If you are blind or partially sighted, you don’t have to be included on the registers. However, if do become registered, you may be able to get allowances and benefits specifically for blind and partially sighted people.

Update to the blind and partially sighted registers

To improve the service we provide to people with a visual impairment in Birmingham, we regularly update our blind and partially sighted registers.

We use the form below to make sure the details we have for you are up to date. You can also use the form to tell us how you think our services could be improved.

After you have registered we will send a form to you at least once every 2 years. You can also use the form at any time to tell us about changes to your details on the register.

How to use the update form

Click on the form below to download it, then save it to your computer. You can either type into the form or print it out and fill it in by pen.
