Adult social care information leaflets
Plain English |
Adult social care leaflets we have produced 'in-house' (by our own publications team) since the beginning of 2008 have a Crystal Mark. This shows that they have been approved by the Plain English Campaign for using clear, easy to understand language. |
Easy to read |
We also work with the Plain English Campaign and user groups representing adults with learning disabilities to produce 'easy to read' information and leaflets. Where a leaflet or web page, for example, uses 'easy to read' words and pictures, it will have this symbol: |
