Equalities in Public Procurement aims to raise service provider performance in employment and equal opportunites.
The West Midlands Forum have developed a Common Standard for assessing whether council contracts met the requirements of the Race Relations Act 2000 and observe the Commission for Racial Equality's Code of Practice in Employment, please refer to the attachment below.
