Register of Electors Form Not Received

Overview

To vote in an election, an individual's name must be on the Register of Electors. You cannot register online. You must complete the appropiate form.

A canvass of households is conducted every autumn to improve the accuracy of the Register. An updated Register is then published at the end of the canvass.

Once the canvass has concluded, you can only apply to have your name included by completing a Voter Registration Form. This form is used to register individuals rather than whole households.

In 2013, the date of the canvass has yet to be formally decided, but it is likely to take place sometime between October and January, with the Revised Register being published on 17 February 2014.

ANYONE WISHING TO REGISTER TO VOTE SHOULD COMPLETE AN INDIVIDUAL VOTER REGISTRATION FORM.
