To use the Typetalk service, prefix any advertised phone number with the code 18001 (eg 18001 0121 303 3030).
A Typetalk operator will join the call and assist by using a text phone to talk to you and then speaking on your behalf to the person who takes the voice call at the phone number you dialled.
