Attached below are Housing Market Reports for 2012 which give an overview of each of Birmingham’s 10 districts, as well as the city as a whole. These reports build up a picture of each area, including key facts around market activity, social housing need and supply, population, income, house prices, affordability and sales.
The reports are prepared once a year by the Housing Strategy and Partnerships Team.
