24-hour services for single homeless people in need of emergency accommodation (Hub referral point):

Social Inclusion Services
Referrals for all social inclusion services (domestic violence, homelessness, Gypsies & Travellers, offenders) will go through the Birmingham City Council Gateway referral process. Contact details are below:

The Gateway is open between Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm to undertake assessments and provide advice on supported housing options.
Women fleeing domestic violence can speak to a female advisor by selection Option 1.
