Mark was referred to Wyevale Garden Centre in Shenstone by Mitre 3, and is really thriving there. He has gained a lot of experience in many different aspects of the Centre, from doing deliveries in the van, general tidying, stocking shelves and watering plants.

"Everyone is brilliant here" says Mark, "the conditions are good and I can see my future in this kind of work".

Outside work Mark keeps fit by playing Sunday league football, and supports Aston Villa.
