The Local Action Plan for the Fox and Goose Centre has been prepared to provide a framework for the physical regeneration of the area. The retail sector has been declining and the quality of the environment has deteriorated over recent years. The Plan seeks to address these issues to enhance the centre and build on its role as both a shopping centre and a focus for a wide range of community activities and services.
A copy of the Local Action Plan is below along with the map showing the area covered by the proposals. Please note that the shopping policies contained in paragraphs 4.2.7 - 4.2.9 have been superseded by the Shopping and Local Centres SPD, adopted in March 2012.
