Building Consultancy requirements
In addition to planning permission, most building work also requires Building Regulations Approval. Occasionally, Building Consultancy asks for two copies of a location plan when you submit an application for Building Regulations Approval. If this is the case, please also request them from Ordnance Survey. Check with Building Consultancy if you are in any doubt.
