SUTTON COLDFIELD CREMATORIUM

A Brief History

In 1964 Sutton Coldfield Borough Council opened Sutton Coldfield Crematorium. By 1974 the boundary of Birmingham had been extended to include Sutton Coldfield and the crematorium then became part of Birmingham City Council.

Set in 10 acres of delightful landscaped gardens, the crematorium offers a tranquil location with the central feature of a small lake and waterfall.
