Public Register of Environmental Information

The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 which came into force on 1 January 2005 give the public access rights to information held by public authorities. Set out below are a number of links to pages on this website where environmental information can be found. However, please note that not all such information is held by Birmingham City Council and where this is the case then there are links to the relevant public body holding that information.
