Catering Network


The Catering Network is one of the occupational areas of training available at Forward 4 Work. The Catering Network provides a range of training programmes nationally accredited to City& Guilds standards. In a range of hospitality qualifications consisting of NVQ level 1 in food preparation and cooking, skills for working life in hospitality, customer service, and basic food hygiene.

Training is carried out across six different catering outlets spread across the Birmingham area which range from residential nursing homes, Office complexes, restaurants, and factory outlets. This is to ensure our trainees receive a diverse and varied training programme to equip and prepare them for the skills required for work placements and employment.

The catering network also provides the following services, Breakfast service, lunch service, hot and cold buffet service, snack delivery service and mobile catering.
