Area Emsembles
Birmingham Music Service's Area Ensembles
Entry into all Area Ensembles is by teacher recommendation. The required standards of entry will be publicised in the Area Ensembles Information Sheets circulated to Music Service staff and schools.
Those eligible to take up a place in the Area Ensembles are:

Those eligible to take up a place in the Area Ensembles are:
- Those in full time education at a Birmingham LA school or college
- Those in full time education who reside in Birmingham
Entry into Area Ensembles is governed by attainment not age.
Priority is given to pupils who do not occupy a place in Central Ensembles.
