We aim to provide a high quality Planning & Regeneration service to meet our customers needs, whilst aspiring to the highest level of customer trust.

We have produced a Customer Charter which sets out :-

  • how we try to make it easy for you to contact us;
  • what you can expect from us; and
  • what we do with your comments.
