Home Options Council Tenant Referral
Overview
The Home Options Service also offers help to Council Tenants who feel they can no longer remain in their tenancy, e.g. If they are having problems with neighbour nuisance or suffering racial abuse.
The home option service allows a referral to be made to the Local Housing Team (landlord), who can investigate the complaint and if appropriate obtain an Anti-Social Behaviour Order, or offer a management move or decant.
This option allows the landlord to manage their tenancies, control rent accounts and provide advice and support to their tenant.
