Practical Film Collection

Calling all film makers ! Whether you are new to film making or have been doing it for longer , this Practical Film Collection is for you.

It brings together books from previous I.T. , writing and film studies areas to be a central location on Floor 3 where all aspects of film making are covered.

Anthony Hughes formerley of Screen West Midlands chooses books from the collection.


The collection has the aim of being useful to any budding or established film makers.

Books are available for reference and some include DVDs which can be viewed in the Library. All books in the collection have PF on the spine.

Please note that books on Film Studies are located elsewhere on the floor at 791.
