Carers Forums
Forums are regular meetings where carers can express their views / concerns to relevant professionals and also meet other carers in a more formal setting.
Learning Disabilities
Carers Incorporated: this forum is run for carers of adults and teenagers with a learning disability. Forums are held every two months and help is available with expenses, including travelling cots and alternative care for your relative if this is needed. The Forums are located at Central Library, Chamberlain Square, Birmingham City Centre.

Mental Health
Rethink Birmingham Information and Support Centre: This forum is run for carers of people with mental health problems. The Forums are held monthly and alternate between Tuesdays and Saturdays. The Forums are located at Birmingham Carers Centre, 198 Corporation Street, Birmingham B4 6QB
