- Offence details
- Three offences following an inspection at Saint Pauls House, 15-20 St Pauls Square, Birmingham. The matrix used to provide customers with allergen information was inaccurate, five dishes audited had allergens missing on the matrix. There were no procedures in place based on HACCP principles in that the in-house food allergies policy was insufficient to provide allergen-free food for allergenic or intolerant customers. The food allergies policy which was in place was not being followed and food was labelled, advertised and presented in a manner that was misleading. The term 'Vegan' was used on the menu, when the dishes were in fact not suitable for vegans.
