- 26 offenes relating to conditions found at Grillos Peri Peri, 8 King Edwards Road, Birmingham on three separate inspection dates. The premises was dirty and poorly maintained and mouse droppings were found throughout the premises. The rear access door was not pest proof, there was a gap between the two doors which would allow the ingress of pests including mice. There was no lobby space between the staff toilet and the kitchen. There was only one door which was for the staff toilet, the door to the kitchen had been removed. The grill unit was dirty and had heavy accumulations of debris. There was no evidence that food handlers on-site had received food hygiene training and staff knowledge and awareness of pest control was poor. There were no procedures based on HACCP principles. The extraction canopy was dirty. and parts of the false ceiling were missing. There was no up to date and accurate allergen information available for foods served at the premises.
