Erdington Library will soon be having a new Russian Language Collection. These include non-fiction, adult fiction, children's books,books to learn Russian and lots more. The books have all been donated by the Russian Peace Foundation through the Russian-British Club in Birmingham. The books are not available at the moment as they are being catalogued but will be in place later in the year.

Erdington Library Teen Club are looking for new members! Read the latest books, get free internet access or browse our sport, fashion and computer mags. Usually the fiirst Wednesday of the month, 6.30pm-8pm. Check out the dates on our new webpages on the Library of Birmingham website.

Parking is allowed on the central reservation on Sutton New Road. There are also 2 disabled spaces available on Orphanage Road opposite the Library.

Crime Fiction Reading Group

Writers Group - meets at the Library on the first Wednesday of the month 1.30pm-3.30pm. This is a lively group for adults of all ages and members of the group are encouraged to write around a different theme each month. New members are welcome.
