Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership
The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) was set up in October 2010 to help strengthen local economies, encourage economic development and enterprise, and improve skills across the region.
It is formed of Birmingham and Solihull, with East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Tamworth, Bromsgrove, Cannock Chase, Redditch, and Wyre Forest. It is one of the largest partnerships in the country, covering a population of over 1.96 million people, and is home to 840,000 jobs.
