It is the fastest way to get your claim for Housing Benefit started or updated.
Simply complete and submit the online form and provide evidence as requested. Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding the progress of your claim.
We are currently processing new claims within 25 days of receiving them and processing change of circumstances within 7 days.
