All about me
I was elected to the City Council in 1996. Since my election I have always been available to help people and constantly fought for improvements in the local community. Along with my two colleagues Neil Eustace and Carol Jones I believe we have achieved a great deal in the Yardley & Stechford areas, but there is always more to be done.
My main interests are environmental issues, sustainability and providing opportunities for young people especially in education, leisure and employment.
I believe that as your Councillor I should be available to provide help and assistance on individual & community issues. If there is an issue that you would like me to take up on your behalf please do not hesitate to get in touch. I will try my very best to help.
I believe in keeping in touch my constituents and deliver regular newsletters to keep them informed of action that I and the Council have taken on their behalf. I also feel that it is important that an opportunity is provided for residents to pass their opinion on council services. I therefore deliver regular surveys to identify service shortfalls. All areas of concern are taken up with the appropriate council department.
